Plot

In Kigali, Rwanda, a rasta man called Cesar is building prosthetics for the poorest of his neighborhood. Having lost his leg to the war, he now dedicates himself to giving a second chance to the others.

About

Cesar and his wife Wendy run the association Afrique en Marche in Rwanda. This film was shot in one day during a Handicap International NGO event for inclusion.
